ETILAM is the name of an old and abandoned manufactury in Thionville, in the eastern part of France. The city is what we call a sleeping town, because most of the inhabitants live here in order to go to work in Luxembourg every day. We had to create a more living city.

To do this, we analyzed the whole city by walking in the streets, and we discovered many problems. The most important one is that the railway station is based on an island in the middle of the city, splitting Thionville in two parts. We connected the whole city together by working on links between these parts.
